What you will do

• Build and nurture long-term C-level relationships with the top 100 gaming and non-gaming publishers in GCR.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the GCR mobile ecosystem.
• Take full accountability for the regional demand business P&L and oversee daily sales operations.
• Act as the Voice of GCR for the Product team to prioritize local market needs in the global roadmap.
• Elevate brand presence through thought leadership and industry events like ChinaJoy.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the GCR Demand Sales team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AdTech or Mobile UA, with deep understanding of the GCR export market.
• 4+ years of experience in people management and managing complex P&L structures.
• Proven track record of closing deals with C-suite stakeholders at major mobile publishers.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English for collaboration with global offices.
• Ability to translate market trends into actionable product requirements and business growth.
