TL;DR

Head of Sales Ops & Enablement (Fintech): Building the operational backbone of the commercial team, designing processes, data infrastructure, and enablement programs to transform an early-stage sales approach into a scalable engine. Focus on pipeline cadence, forecast methodology, CRM discipline, and sales onboarding to drive predictable revenue and team development.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) in London or Luxembourg. Up to 4 remote calendar weeks per year.

What you will do

  • Own the revenue engine by designing and running pipeline cadence, forecast methodology, and CRM discipline.
  • Build and own sales onboarding, including structured ramp plans, enablement content, and coaching frameworks.
  • Develop the team through regular coaching, early identification of performance gaps, and creating a growth-oriented environment.
  • Standardize the playbook by documenting best practices at each sales process stage.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

Requirements

  • Operational leader with a high bar, pushing through friction to achieve great results.
  • Data-driven decision-making based on evidence and tracking.
  • Experience designing and implementing sales processes from scratch.
  • Experience managing salespeople, coaching performance, and handling difficult conversations.
  • Scale experience in consulting (2+ years) and/or a high-performance B2B SaaS sales organization (3+ years).

Nice to have

  • Fintech, financial services, or private markets experience.
  • Familiarity with fund managers or LPs.
