What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the merchant ads business.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with restaurants, retailers, and brands.
  • Negotiate and close advertising investment deals focused on product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Motivate and guide the local account management team to exceed revenue and retention goals.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and report on ROI and key market trends to leadership.
  • Collaborate with central ads, marketing, and commercial teams to align on objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Croatian and English.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, specifically in ads and promotions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
