What you will do
- Define and own the strategic partnerships roadmap for key clients, aligning business objectives with company growth.
- Act as the executive-level relationship owner, building C-level trust and influencing decision-making.
- Lead complex, high-value deal cycles end-to-end, including negotiation and closing of multi-year agreements.
- Own full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, including revenue growth and margin optimization.
- Drive account growth strategy by identifying white-space opportunities and new business models.
- Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account or partnership management experience in the gamedev industry
- Four-year university degree
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business in high-tech or gamedev
- Ability to prioritize key issues and work professionally with all levels of stakeholders
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
