TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global). Candidates from anywhere in the world are considered. Work schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm New York time.

What you will do

  • Process qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team.
  • Manage high-volume communication with U.S. clients, primarily via calls (80-90%) and email.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project estimations.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and structured data management in HubSpot CRM.
  • Master technical product details to confidently explain custom glass specifications to clients.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in full-cycle closing sales roles.
  • C1+ or near-native spoken English for daily professional calls with U.S. clients.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and professional objection handling skills.
  • Proven experience working remotely and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Availability to work full-time on New York time (8:30 am - 5 pm).
  • Willingness to learn the technical specifics of a custom product.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working specifically with U.S.-based clients.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
