What you will do
- Process qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team.
- Manage high-volume communication with U.S. clients, primarily via calls (80-90%) and email.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project estimations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and structured data management in HubSpot CRM.
- Master technical product details to confidently explain custom glass specifications to clients.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in full-cycle closing sales roles.
- C1+ or near-native spoken English for daily professional calls with U.S. clients.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and professional objection handling skills.
- Proven experience working remotely and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Availability to work full-time on New York time (8:30 am - 5 pm).
- Willingness to learn the technical specifics of a custom product.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working specifically with U.S.-based clients.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
