What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including pipeline validation, deal reviews, and forecasting.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing consistent qualification processes and accountability structures.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, and CX teams to align on GTM strategy and company objectives.
  • Lead internal QBRs and MBRs, providing clear reporting and status updates to the leadership team.
  • Mentor and develop a team of eight, including SDRs, AEs, MDR, and Sales Ops.
  • Strategize on pricing and packaging to optimize market presence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US, UK, or EU to align with distributed team time zones.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally managing teams at $5M-$20M ARR.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for reporting and pipeline management.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Ability to build and maintain reliable revenue forecasts.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building infrastructure from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience in the mobile apps ecosystem.
  • Deep familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Experience in a founder-led or product-led company.
  • Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools.
