What you will do

  • Own the complete post-sale journey, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.
  • Drive platform adoption by engaging customers on features and workflows that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead regular business reviews and develop tailored success plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Manage end-to-end renewals to protect and grow ARR.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to qualify and close them.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and advocate for customers internally.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume SME or commercial portfolios, including owning renewals.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services, combined with enterprise software support or sales.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and churn.
  • Must be based on the East Coast, New Jersey (Remote).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero.
  • Advanced Excel skills for debugging formulas and diagnosing customer issues.
