What you will do
- Own the complete post-sale journey, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.
- Drive platform adoption by engaging customers on features and workflows that drive business outcomes.
- Lead regular business reviews and develop tailored success plans aligned with customer goals.
- Manage end-to-end renewals to protect and grow ARR.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to qualify and close them.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and advocate for customers internally.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume SME or commercial portfolios, including owning renewals.
- Experience in insurance or financial services, combined with enterprise software support or sales.
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and churn.
- Must be based on the East Coast, New Jersey (Remote).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero.
- Advanced Excel skills for debugging formulas and diagnosing customer issues.
