What you will do

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with Tier One clients as a strategic partner and advocate.
  • Develop and execute tailored account success plans aligned with client business goals and KPIs.
  • Identify and execute revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling hirify.global products and services.
  • Lead executive business reviews, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee onboarding, deployment, and adoption to ensure clients realize maximum platform value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing enterprise-level SaaS clients.
  • Proven track record in driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of digital workplace solutions, integrations, and APIs.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work on a hybrid basis from London or Lower Eashing.
