What you will do
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with Tier One clients as a strategic partner and advocate.
- Develop and execute tailored account success plans aligned with client business goals and KPIs.
- Identify and execute revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Lead executive business reviews, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Oversee onboarding, deployment, and adoption to ensure clients realize maximum platform value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
- At least 1 year of experience managing enterprise-level SaaS clients.
- Proven track record in driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of digital workplace solutions, integrations, and APIs.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work on a hybrid basis from London or Lower Eashing.
