What you will do

  • Drive adoption, usage, and net retention for complex accounts by optimizing the customer experience.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser and advocate for clients, creating personalized success plans.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct quarterly business reviews and educate clients on solution value.
  • Act as the central link between internal teams and the customer throughout the customer journey.
  • Utilize voice-of-the-customer feedback to inform and influence product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate internal COE teams to resolve customer support issues and provide status transparency.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or other client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to establish milestones and maintain team accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada
