What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end renewal process, including forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and execute inbound and outbound upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure structured implementation and high product adoption.
- Analyze usage data and health metrics to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to remove customer blockers.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene and accurate documentation within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Management, or Sales) within a SaaS organization.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and revenue growth targets.
- Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models and value-based selling methodologies.
- Ability to interpret usage data and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Location: Must be based in Prague to support the hybrid work model.
