TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Prague (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end renewal process, including forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and execute inbound and outbound upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure structured implementation and high product adoption.
  • Analyze usage data and health metrics to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to remove customer blockers.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene and accurate documentation within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Management, or Sales) within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and revenue growth targets.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret usage data and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Location: Must be based in Prague to support the hybrid work model.
