Location: Hybrid in Sydney, NSW (Office on Mon, Wed, Fri). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Grow a book of business within a portfolio of existing accounts through proactive engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact to identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs to present tailored solutions that meet their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
- Manage account data, activity documentation, and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role or equivalent.
- Background in SaaS and familiarity with IT operations or technical software environments.
- Proven track record of achieving retention and growth targets.
- Strong consultative skills to uncover needs and close expansion opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Must have valid work authorization for Australia; position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
