TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to drive retention and identify growth opportunities with an accent on consultative relationship building and commercial expansion. Focus on uncovering customer needs to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while ensuring high value realization.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, NSW (Office on Mon, Wed, Fri). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Grow a book of business within a portfolio of existing accounts through proactive engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze customer needs to present tailored solutions that meet their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
  • Manage account data, activity documentation, and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role or equivalent.
  • Background in SaaS and familiarity with IT operations or technical software environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and growth targets.
  • Strong consultative skills to uncover needs and close expansion opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Must have valid work authorization for Australia; position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
