What you will do

• Act as the technical expert to close new business opportunities and consult for strategic accounts in the UKI region.
• Drive technical wins through sales presentations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Provide thought leadership by researching market trends and creating institutional intellectual property and assets.
• Lead large-scale deal conversations and engage with mid-to-senior level stakeholders at enterprise customers.
• Mentor regional lead and senior solution engineers on technical strategies and problem-solving approaches.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and communicate product gaps, bugs, and necessary enhancements.

Requirements

• Native level written and oral communication skills in English.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical solution engineering, preferably within the ITIL/ITSM domain.
• Strong experience in SaaS or software product environments and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to communicate with CxO-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
