What you will do

• Coordinate tax Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across income, sales, property, and R&D tax functions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies to optimize the effective tax rate (ETR) and mitigate risk.
• Advise the CFO and executive leadership on tax implications for M&A, international expansion, and capital structure changes.
• Oversee the structuring of complex transactions and management of the property tax portfolio.
• Establish tax governance frameworks and lead audit defense for regulatory standards including SOX and GAAP.
• Manage external advisor relationships and mentor the internal tax team to foster technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MST or JD/LLM preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience in a large corporate environment or Top 50 accounting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise in Federal/State Income Tax, Indirect Tax (Sales & Use), and international tax principles.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.

• CPA designation.
