What you will do

• Identify and source acquisition targets by building relationships with company owners, advisors, and investment bankers.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities across multi-site operations.
• Lead transactions from initial assessment to closing, including negotiating letters of intent and definitive agreements.
• Perform advanced financial modeling and valuation using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methods.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence across financial, legal, tax, operational, and technical areas.
• Develop investment memos and strategic rationale for executive approval.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated success executing transactions in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or equivalent to comply with U.S. Department of Defense ITAR requirements.
• Master's Degree.
