What you will do

• Manage a caseload of Public Liability and Property Damage claims up to £10,000.
• Handle claims from inception through to pre-litigation settlement.
• Maintain accurate data within the case management system.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and quality service standards.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader on additional departmental tasks.

Requirements

• 6 months of relevant experience, a law degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload via task management.
