Focus on advising group management, managing high-profile deals, and coordinating legal operations across international markets.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Advise on general corporate matters including directors’ duties, restructurings, and liquidation of entities.
• Manage corporate finance issues such as debt management, recapitalisations, and dividend payments.
• Support JVs and other investments regarding divestments, exits, and renewals.
• Lead new acquisitions and M&A activity in collaboration with Comcast’s corporate legal team.
• Manage and instruct external corporate legal counsel.

Requirements

• English qualified solicitor with minimum 4+ years PQE (England & Wales or equivalent).
• Must be based in London to meet hybrid working expectations (3 days in office).
• Strong background in English corporate law, including share and asset acquisitions and JVs.
• Proven ability to distill complex legal risks into concise summaries for commercial stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
