TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage an individual caseload while supporting colleagues on complex legal matters.
  • Collaborate with specialists on liability investigations and the preparation of medical evidence.
  • Instruct experts and Counsel, attend client and witness meetings, and support cases through to court.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare disclosure documents.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through professional communication.
  • Deliver high-quality work using internal case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of housing disrepair and personal injury law.
  • Understanding of CPR, Pre-Action Protocols, and funding processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Solid IT skills and experience with case management systems.
