What you will do

• Lead and mentor offshore loan processing staff, assisting with onboarding and training.
• Manage workflow allocation and monitor overall team performance.
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex lending scenarios and broker inquiries.
• Support brokers and referral partners with lending-related queries.
• Coordinate with the Australian-based lending team to improve offshore operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Australian non-bank lending or mortgage operations industry.
• Proven experience in loan processing and lending operations.
• Previous experience in leadership or team management.
• Strong understanding of prime/non-prime lending, serviceability calculations, and income analysis.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading offshore or remote support teams.
• Direct experience working with Australian brokers and lenders.
• Exposure to scaling lending operations or offshore teams.
