Lead Operations Analyst (Reconciliations)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with two office days per week. North American shift hours are required and may change according to business needs.

What you will do

• Manage daily middle-office workflows covering transaction data from clients, third-party managers, and custodians.
• Monitor the trade lifecycle from confirmation through settlement and resolve transaction booking exceptions across fixed income, FX, equities, money markets, derivatives, private debt, SPVs, and real estate.
• Manage events and corporate actions, including coupons, dividends, and derivative lifecycle activities.
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations between the platform, custodians, and other third parties.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, custodians, and third-party managers to resolve operational issues and respond to client requirements.
• Support client onboarding, testing, service development, procedure maintenance, reporting, training, and internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in a buy-side or outsourced operations team, particularly in trade management, FX, and/or reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products, diverse security types, and investment operations.
• Proficient knowledge of derivatives products, including OTC pricing and lifecycle activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong analytical and logical process-understanding skills.
