Lead Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines (2x a week in office)

What you will do

• Action daily workflows for transaction data from clients, custodians, and 3rd party managers.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including confirmation and settlement across various asset classes (FI, FX, Equity, Derivatives, etc.).
• Monitor and resolve transaction booking exceptions and manage events lifecycles.
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations between platforms and 3rd parties.
• Liaise with clients and counterparties to resolve operational issues and support onboarding and testing.
• Maintain operational procedures and contribute to management reporting and internal/external audits.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in buy-side or outsourced Operations, specifically in Trade Management, FX, or Reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Market products and diverse security types.
• Proficiency in Derivatives product knowledge, including OTC pricing and lifecycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English: C1 level (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
• Location: Must be based in Manila and able to work NA (North American) shift hours.
