Location: Manila, 2x RTO per week, amenable to work in EMEA time zone

What you will do

• Assist with risk assessments to identify compliance risks across business functions, jurisdictions, and legislations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Group Compliance to shape the compliance framework
• Monitor compliance activities organization-wide and assess their effectiveness
• Maintain records of compliance activities and monitor employee compliance requirements
• Create planned and ad-hoc reporting on compliance topics for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to repositories of laws, regulations, and their applicability to hirify.global’s activities

Requirements

• Degree in law, auditing, or risk
• 2-3+ years experience in compliance in a global setting; in-house counsel experience nice to have
• Experience with compliance topics like market abuse, sanctions, conflict of interest
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Amenable to work in EMEA time zone
• 2x RTO per week in Manila
