What you will do

• Manage and lead teams delivering financial risk services including market and credit risk reporting.
• Strengthen stakeholder partnerships and act as the primary point of contact for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Drive strategic priorities and implement organizational changes to improve service efficiency and scalability.
• Create high-performing teams by removing delivery impediments and managing escalations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with financial risk regulations such as Basel IV.
• Facilitate, support, and motivate employees within the circle to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• 3+ years of experience as a people manager in a global service delivery organization, handling 15-20+ people.
• In-depth knowledge of financial risk services, specifically market and credit risk reporting.
• Proven track record in complex project management, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City (hybrid 50%) and available for mid-shift hours.
