Finance Officer

Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (Philippine Nationals Only)

Salary: PHP 44,951.15 – PHP 49,446.26

What you will do

• Manage overall financial operations for assigned projects, including grant monitoring and partner reporting.
• Encode financial transactions and perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and analyze budget vs. variance reports to update project budgets.
• Provide financial mentoring and capacity-building support to project partners.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations in the Philippines.
• Support humanitarian surge capacity during emergencies and disasters.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in accountancy or finance required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in financial management, preferably in an NGO or development organization.
• Philippine national status required.
• Proven experience with computerized accounting packages and spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project areas and partner offices.

Nice to have

• Experience working with EU, GAC, or DFAT-funded projects.
