What you will do

• Act as the key finance business partner for the APAC region, providing analytics to improve overall business performance.
• Manage monthly revenue reporting and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure data accuracy.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for the entire P&L, including detailed modelling and presentations for senior leadership.
• Produce monthly P&L packs and present financial performance, forecasts, and budget variances to regional MDs.
• Support the implementation of new systems, such as a new CRM, ensuring data integrity across linked systems.
• Identify financial risks and drive cost savings and efficiencies by developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 2+ years of post-qualifying experience as a Finance Business Partner, specifically supporting sales teams.
• Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA required).
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and SUMIFS.
• Experience creating and adapting reports within Power BI.
• Strong financial modelling and P&L reporting expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft D365 and IBM.
