Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions for financial systems modernization.
• Oversee database architecture supporting complex data warehousing, ETL, and migration activities.
• Manage day-to-day operations of AWS RDS, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments.
• Ensure database security and compliance with federal standards like FISMA and NIST 800-53.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, APIs, and WebADIs to streamline data access.
• Collaborate with technical and security teams to align with enterprise architecture policies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (DHS Suitability preferred or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of experience leading data modeling, warehousing, and migration activities.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS RDMS.
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• 5+ years of SQL development experience using WebADIs and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience managing DHS data modernization or ERP efforts.
• Familiarity with Informatica IICS, PowerCenter, and IDQ.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA data landscapes.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Database Specialty.
