Location: Onsite in Washington, DC (hybrid possible). U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance are mandatory.

What you will do

• Oversee and manage Oracle data environments for mission-critical systems and applications.
• Lead the database migration process from Oracle to SQL Server.
• Serve as the authoritative DBA for monitoring and optimizing database performance.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to application developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 6+ years of experience managing Oracle databases (9.0+) specifically for Federal Systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle database administration, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience installing database management software and configuring table spaces and data objects.
• Proficiency in using Oracle DBMS tools (SQL).
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Oracle Certified Professional certification.
• Previous experience leading a migration from Oracle to SQL Server.
