What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART).
• Facilitate team-level ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing dependencies, risks, and team commitments.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined user stories and backlog prioritization.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and flow metrics.
• Coach teams on SAFe principles, Lean-Agile mindset, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment.
• Active Top-Secret clearance required with ability to obtain SCI Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship required).
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.
• Experience supporting federal government or classified programs.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud-based, microservices, or DevSecOps environments.
• Background in large-scale Agile transformations from Scrum to SAFe.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
