Project Coordinator (Federal IT): Supporting IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and IT governance for the Department of the Treasury with an accent on cost, schedule, and performance reporting. Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Support CPIC activities by maintaining submission calendars, collecting inputs, and preparing IT portfolio and TBM materials.
• Track and reconcile IT portfolio spend, procurement requests, FITARA requirements, and operational metrics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, SOPs, and governance documentation.
• Support IT governance meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items.
• Assist with acquisition and procurement support, including forecasting and coordination across Treasury stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active final Secret clearance required by start date.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or CPIC Analyst in a Federal Government IT environment.
• Proven experience developing written deliverables, trackers, presentations, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of Federal IT governance, CPIC, FITARA, and IT portfolio management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting the Department of the Treasury or similar national security/financial missions.
• Familiarity with PRISM, TBM tools, SharePoint, or Federal budget systems.
• Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, SAFe Agilist, or ITIL Foundation.
