What you will do

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects, including cloud operations and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reports using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coordinate activities among technical teams, diverse stakeholders, and government leadership.
• Prepare executive briefings, technical reports, and project documentation following government standards.
• Support configuration and change management processes to align with AFOSI priorities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Information Technology projects.
• Proven expertise in applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Quantico, VA.

Nice to have

• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or ITIL Foundation v4.
• Previous experience within the Federal Government, DoD, or Intelligence Community.
• Experience with Cloud Migration, SDLC, or Infrastructure Modernization.
