Location: Remote (US only, must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance)

Salary: $120,000–$172,000

What you will do

• Serve as SCRUM Master for agile development teams, facilitating ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine the backlog in alignment with program priorities.
• Track and communicate team velocity and agile metrics to leadership and government counterparts.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity and delivery timelines.
• Support cross-team coordination across development, data engineering, cybersecurity, and testing functions.
• Ensure compliance with NIWC Atlantic processes, documentation standards, and security requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• 3+ years of experience as a SCRUM Master in an agile software or data analytics environment
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Experience supporting DoD, Navy, or government programs

Nice to have

• Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher)
• Experience with NIWC Atlantic programs or Navy logistics systems
• Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience supporting data analytics, data engineering, or cloud modernization
• SAFe experience or certification
