Development Coordinator

Location: Must be based in West Hollywood, CA

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the development team, including scheduling and document preparation.
• Assist in identifying potential sites for IKE kiosks and large-format signage.
• Support engagement efforts with property owners and local businesses.
• Prepare and deliver presentation materials for pitches to stakeholders and city officials.
• Track lease agreements, permit applications, and project documentation.
• Organize and manage team-wide data systems to track development progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in urban planning, real estate development, or finance.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work onsite in West Hollywood, CA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Canva, Asana, or Smartsheets.
• Interest in urban design, advertising, and technology.
