Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually

What you will do

• Coordinate and track complex initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and manage activity tracking and reporting within Jira.
• Draft and develop executive-level materials, including presentations, briefing papers, and status reports.
• Conduct research on systems, technologies, and government contracts to inform strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Manage deliverables and documentation to ensure quality and alignment with program objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or 8-10 years of additional relevant experience).
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication skills for executive engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal health programs.
• Understanding of system architecture concepts and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT, VistA, or EHR modernization efforts.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT programs or federal government initiatives.
