What you will do

• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer teams to design and present high-impact solutions tailored to customer objectives.
• Provide strategic consulting and technical guidance to marketing leaders navigating the shift to AI-driven marketing.
• Enable the sales organization through technical discovery, compelling product demos, workshops, and pilots.
• Develop strategic playbooks and processes to support long-term growth and success.
• Partner with product and engineering to feed real-time customer feedback into the roadmap and innovation cycles.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant role in a SaaS or marketing technology company.
• Proven ability to drive value and adoption in Fortune 500 or global enterprise accounts.
• Deep technical expertise with the ability to distill complex concepts into business value.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams in areas like martech, adtech, analytics, or AI/ML tools.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
