What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day output of a sub-team of Customer Success Managers and Associates.
- Take ownership of sub-team revenue, feature adoption, NPS, and overall customer experience.
- Perform line management tasks, including annual reviews and salary rounds.
- Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers to drive product and services adoption.
- Coordinate onboarding for key new customers and implement enterprise account management playbooks.
- Recruit and develop new CSAs and CSMs to grow the regional team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Customer Success and/or Sales.
- Strong desire to lead people and help them succeed.
- Excellent knowledge of the digital marketing and paid social landscape.
- Commercial approach to enterprise account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
