Location: On-site in Orlando (must work from office 5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Meet KPIs for monetization, revenue growth, and partner retention by educating partners on platform value.
  • Analyze reports to execute effective plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Build meaningful partner relationships through frequent face-to-face and video meetings.
  • Administer a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid Account Management experience with a track record of revenue growth.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, from onboarding to long-term revenue generation.
  • 2-3 years of experience selling into the SMB market, with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Demonstrable experience driving commercial growth from a large account portfolio, ideally in SaaS.
  • Must be based in Orlando and available to work from the office five days per week.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English and another language such as Spanish, Thai, or Mandarin.
  • Experience with multi-selling multiple products simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM tools, specifically Hubspot.

Hiring process

  • Screen stage: 30-minute video call with the Talent Team.
  • Interview stages: Two 30-minute video calls with the Head of Account Management and Commercial Leaders.
  • Final stage: 45-minute video call with the Head of Account Management and General Manager.
