Product Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving growth for a loyalty technology platform by owning product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement with an accent on translating complex product innovation into clear customer value. Focus on building compelling messaging, conducting market research, and serving as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Location: Remote within reasonable proximity to Minneapolis, MN (occasional in-person events required). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Salary: $52.00 - $75.00 per hour

What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across core industries.
- Partner with Sales to create enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and talk tracks.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support bottom-of-funnel campaigns that drive demos.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, and Leadership to drive alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Growth Marketing (or 8+ years without a degree).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience marketing SaaS, MarTech, loyalty, CRM, or analytics solutions.
- Proven success launching or repositioning mature products in competitive markets.
- Strong ability to simplify complex products into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
Nice to have
- Background in travel, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations.
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial planning.
- Experience with win/loss analysis and buyer research methodologies.
