What you will do

• Own the technical buyer narrative by defining positioning and messaging for CIOs and RevOps leaders.
• Develop frameworks and content that explain hirify.global's integration into the AI stack, including governance and MCP integrations.
• Unify AI intelligence and execution into a single, cohesive story for the market.
• Advise on the packaging and monetization of AI execution capabilities across the platform.
• Drive product and GTM strategy using buyer, competitive, and analyst insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, and Sales teams to execute high-impact launches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
• 4+ years owning the PMM lifecycle for an AI platform, agentic infrastructure, or complex workflow product.
• Demonstrated success marketing complex enterprise SaaS products to technical buyers.
• Working knowledge of agentic workflows, triggers, actions, and AI governance.
• Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester).
• Location: Must be based in one of the specified US hubs.
