TL;DR

Focus on architecting lead lifecycles, pressure-testing attribution, and optimizing campaign execution speed.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 + 10% Bonus

What you will do

  • Administer and optimize the martech stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM, ABM/intent tools, and analytics tooling.
  • Architect and refine lead lifecycles, scoring, routing, and SLAs across Direct, Partner, and MSSP motions.
  • Build, QA, and deploy email programs, landing pages, and workflows while ensuring GDPR/CCPA/CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Lead database normalization, deduplication, ICP segmentation, and ABM list orchestration.
  • Develop CRM and BI dashboards for MQL→SQL→Opportunity→Won funnel reporting and multi-touch attribution.
  • Forecast and reconcile marketing spend against pipeline outcomes in partnership with Finance.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms and leading CRMs.
  • Working knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and intent data platforms.
  • Strong grasp of B2B funnel mechanics, including lead scoring and attribution models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting partner-led or channel/MSP go-to-market motions.
  • Proficiency in SQL or modern BI tools.
