Compensation: $225,000 – $255,000 base salary, plus equity and commission.

What you will do
- Design and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy to expand the MedTech footprint.
- Drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep relationship management.
- Lead a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals, fostering performance and cross-functional alignment.
- Serve as the commercial owner for the MedTech vertical, accountable for revenue and delivery quality.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and differentiate solutions.
- Represent the company externally as a thought leader and trusted partner to senior executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within MedTech, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of the medical device value chain, from design and manufacturing to post-market surveillance.
- Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
