Compensation: $225,000 – $255,000 base salary, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Design and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy to expand the MedTech footprint.
• Drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep relationship management.
• Lead a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals, fostering performance and cross-functional alignment.
• Serve as the commercial owner for the MedTech vertical, accountable for revenue and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and differentiate solutions.
• Represent the company externally as a thought leader and trusted partner to senior executives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within MedTech, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of the medical device value chain, from design and manufacturing to post-market surveillance.
• Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
