Salary: Total compensation $184,569 - $248,269 per year (Base: $136,869 - $163,269)

What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Prospect and cultivate new business within the assigned region, including hospital systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in the geography.
- Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including lead generation and business development.
- Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record and ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for internal and external presentations.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize opportunities.
- Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics.
- Must be based in or able to cover the San Antonio Northeast territory.
