What you will do

• Design and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy to expand the Industrials footprint.
• Drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep relationship management.
• Lead a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals to foster performance and cross-functional alignment.
• Serve as the commercial owner for the Industrials vertical, accountable for revenue and customer success.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and deliver differentiated solutions.
• Represent the company externally as a thought leader and trusted partner to senior executives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within industrials, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of the industrial manufacturing value chain from design to quality control.
• Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset.
