What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery and use case portfolios across assigned customer accounts.
• Drive adoption and value realization post-launch to move customers from pilot to measurable impact.
• Coordinate and develop junior teammates to maintain high and consistent delivery standards.
• Manage delivery margins by building efficient operating models for every account.
• Create scalable playbooks for technical delivery to be adopted by other teams.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical delivery, or customer success management.
• Proven track record of architecting and managing complex enterprise implementations end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and developing individual contributors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track delivery margins and adoption metrics.
• Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or industrial technology delivery environments.
• Must be based in New York, NY
