What you will do
- Own senior customer relationships and account strategy end-to-end.
- Drive commercial outcomes including renewals, expansion, and revenue targets.
- Lead pilot-to-production conversion to ensure operational scale.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across accounts.
- Manage junior resources to deliver on commercial and delivery objectives.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise consulting, or customer success leadership.
- Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes like renewals and revenue growth.
- Track record of managing senior executive relationships at complex organizations.
- Experience leading pilot-to-production conversions in enterprise or industrial environments.
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
