What you will do

• Own the technical side of the sales process and gather customer requirements.
• Design and refine conversational AI agents by crafting and iterating on prompts.
• Lead hands-on trials with prospects using their call center data to demonstrate platform value.
• Write and review API specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure trial success.
• Analyze conversational data to uncover trends and areas for automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods like REST and OAuth 2.0.
• Curiosity about AI and experience with prompt engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Background working in or with call centers.
