Ecosystem Strategist (AI)

Location: New York City; onsite at the NYC headquarters 4–5 days per week

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Advise clients on their technology and vendor ecosystems from initial assessment through implementation and go-live.
• Lead discovery and translate existing vendor landscapes into future-state integration recommendations.
• Facilitate client, technology partner, and internal stakeholder discussions to scope and deliver integrations.
• Manage vendor implementations supporting client launches.
• Turn engagement lessons into repeatable processes, templates, automation, and vendor knowledge resources.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in implementation, technical onboarding, program management, technology consulting, or systems integration.
• Experience managing complex client workflows, including new system implementations or comparable projects.
• Strong technical intuition supported by a STEM background or equivalent experience scoping technical integrations.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client engagements end-to-end in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite at the New York City headquarters 4–5 days per week.
