Forward Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Downtown Toronto office near Union Station; on-site roles require working in the office four to five days per week

hirify.global builds an agentic AI platform that performs enterprise accounting work, including journal entries, transaction matching, reconciliations, and flux analysis, with accountant approval and SOX-compliant controls.

What you will do

• Own technical and operational delivery for multiple enterprise implementations.
• Translate accounting workflows and customer requirements into implementation plans with Product and Engineering.
• Manage deployment timelines, dependencies, milestones, and technical resources.
• Create standardized deployment frameworks, tools, templates, and repeatable playbooks.
• Support enterprise pre-sales discovery, scoping, feasibility assessment, and implementation planning.
• Identify deployment patterns and provide field insights for roadmap priorities, capacity planning, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in enterprise customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical implementation.
• Experience leading complex, high-stakes software deployments at large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday, or experience working with finance operations teams.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and align engineers with finance stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, process design, and workflow standardization skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership, plus curiosity about AI for enterprise operations.
