What you will do

• Define and drive the client's automation strategy and transformation roadmap from planning to value realization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to identify and propose new automation and agentic AI use cases.
• Orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives across IT and business stakeholders in governance-heavy environments.
• Cultivate and sustain high-level C-suite relationships to align on digital transformation goals.
• Track and communicate the business impact and value delivered through automation.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging automation technologies and AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale IT and/or AI transformation programs in complex enterprise environments or top-tier consulting.
• Deep understanding of IT operating models and governance.
• Proven capacity to navigate political complexity and strategically challenge client viewpoints.
• Strong interest in public sector transformation.
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the RPA/automation ecosystem or AI platforms.
• Experience working within a SaaS or software vendor environment.
• Fluency in English and French.
