TL;DR
Retail Insights Manager (Retail Analytics): Delivering strategic analyses and recommendations to retail partners and distributors with an accent on CPG data and growth strategies. Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be authorized to work for any US employer; no visa sponsorship available. Preference for West Coast-based candidates.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

What you will do
- Lead the delivery of strategic analyses and recommendations using proprietary assets.
- Collaborate with client executives to develop growth solutions and capture market opportunities.
- Continuously assess and improve client reporting tools and business drivers.
- Conduct client training sessions to maximize the value of assets.
- Integrate 3rd party thought leadership to provide additional value and insights to assigned clients.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of CPG/Retail analytics experience (Distributor, Retailer, CPG, or Market Research).
- Experience managing multiple projects and client stakeholders concurrently.
- Proven ability to translate data into storytelling and efficient reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with syndicated data such as Circana (IRi), NielsenIQ, , or Numerator.
- Must be authorized to work for any US employer (no visa sponsorship).
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with Distributors or Retailers.
- Experience in the natural products industry.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to understand customer mindset and offer effective solutions.
