Retail Insights Manager (Retail)

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be authorized to work for any US employer; no visa sponsorship available. Preference for West Coast-based candidates.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of strategic analyses and recommendations using proprietary hirify.global assets.
• Collaborate with client executives to develop growth solutions and capture market opportunities.
• Continuously assess and improve client reporting tools and business drivers.
• Conduct client training sessions to maximize the value of hirify.global assets.
• Integrate 3rd party thought leadership to provide additional value and insights to assigned clients.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of CPG/Retail analytics experience (Distributor, Retailer, CPG, or Market Research).
• Experience managing multiple projects and client stakeholders concurrently.
• Proven ability to translate data into storytelling and efficient reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with syndicated data such as Circana (IRi), NielsenIQ, hirify.global, or Numerator.
• Must be authorized to work for any US employer (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with Distributors or Retailers.
• Experience in the natural products industry.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to understand customer mindset and offer effective solutions.
