What you will do

• Deploy and localize hirify.global products for the Japanese market.
• Build and implement data processing pipelines (batch or real-time), including data cleaning and information extraction.
• Design and tune fraud detection algorithms to catch new complex fraud patterns.
• Enhance the global solution in collaboration with the head office.
• Work closely with clients to understand data and business context across business lines for model integration.
• Support product demos and collaborate with sales (including overseas business trips).

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science (ML and/or Big Data knowledge is a plus).
• Object-oriented programming experience, preferred in C#, and experience with SQL.
• Ability to write quality production code.
• Fluent Business Japanese and business English.
• Experience with Python, Git, Cloud, and Machine Learning.
• Client-facing and pre-sales/demo experience.
