What you will do

• Explain and demonstrate hirify.global AI capabilities, including predictive AI, Agentic Virtual Agents, and Copilot.
• Design and rapidly prototype AI use cases, accelerators, and solution patterns.
• Support pre-sales through technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, sandbox and trial engagements, integration guidance, and value assessments.
• Provide product feedback and strategic insights on AI product design, implementation, and customer-driven enhancements.
• Create technical assets, deep-dive demonstrations, workshops, and enablement content for field and partner teams.
• Influence CIO and CTO stakeholders and position hirify.global AI solutions within broader IT and transformation strategies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including ML, NLU/NLP, LAMs, and advanced prompt engineering.
• Strong ability to create, deliver, and adapt technical demonstrations and presentations.
• Experience partnering with sales teams on customer challenges and AI-focused technical solutioning.
• Expertise integrating hirify.global AI solutions with customer technology ecosystems and hirify.global Cloud.
• Understanding of hirify.global architecture components, including A2A, MCP, and related platform services.
• Ability to influence CIO/CTO decision-makers and identify AI-driven process optimization opportunities.
