TL;DR

AI Architect (hirify.global Cloud): Serving as a technical bridge between product management and customer-facing teams to position and deliver advanced AI solutions with an accent on Agentic Virtual Agents and predictive AI. Focus on driving ACV growth through strategic technical leadership, prototyping innovative use cases, and influencing CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Japan and legally permitted to work there.

What you will do

  • Articulate and demonstrate the value of hirify.global AI capabilities, including predictive AI, Agentic Virtual Agents, and Copilot.
  • Design and rapidly prototype innovative AI use cases and solution patterns to highlight product differentiation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, and sandbox engagements.
  • Provide strategic technical feedback to Product Management based on customer-driven enhancements and implementation insights.
  • Develop technical assets, workshops, and deep-dive demonstrations to enable field and partner teams.
  • Engage with strategic technical leadership to position hirify.global AI as a core component of IT transformation strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be legally permitted to work in Japan.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including ML, NLU/NLP, and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales teams to provide AI-focused technical solutioning.
  • Strong understanding of hirify.global architecture components and platform services.
  • Ability to influence CIO/CTO-level decision-makers.
  • Genuine passion for tracking the evolving AI landscape and anticipating technical disruptions.
