What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
- Support the development and execution of account plans aligned with customer objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, helping them apply product capabilities to meet business goals.
- Identify opportunities for product adoption and account expansion in partnership with sales.
- Monitor account health using data and feedback to proactively address risks.
- Support renewal and upsell efforts through coordination and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience in a SaaS or marketing tech environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work with data and analytics to inform strategy.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams like sales, product, and support.
- Startup-ready mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
